TOGETHER, WE ARE ONE
The other day, we were talking in a wonderful community about the imprints of trauma.
About how they can make us lonely, how disconnected we become from ourselves, how we fill our time with countless things while diminishing the importance of what is truly happening within us.
We search for loving connection through titles, origins, and material well-being.
We have moved so far away from ourselves that we no longer notice we are walking on a frozen surface.
Because of rejection, the mind labels us as worthless, which then fuels an even stronger urge to prove to the world that we are “someone.”
And indeed, we are.
Far more than titles, achievements, origins, ranks, or material possessions.
The moment we are ready to stop and break through the icy armor, the moment we become one with everything — with others, with nothingness — the armor falls away.
The strength that has always helped us stand up after failure, loss, or disappointment now multiplies within the community, holding everyone.
Fear dissolves, and together, with courage, we touch our own hearts and the hearts of others.
It does not matter where we come from, nor what caused our pain.
Trust fills the space, the world fades, and a door in our heart opens.
Gently, we accept the parts of ourselves we once believed to be unworthy, feeling the weight our hearts have carried due to countless rejections.
And we do not do this alone.
We do it together, in the unity of love.
There is no need to tell the story that led us here.
Our hearts know it. They feel it.
They also know that it was the courage, endurance, and strength of our hearts that created the space where, here and now, we could become nothing — something we never intended.
We released control and placed disappointment and pain into the nothingness, making room for emptiness.
And in that space, we were able to receive everything.
In the dense mist of stillness, only the vibration of the heart existed, the life energy flowing through the body — its pulse, its electricity.
Time rested peacefully in silence.
Thank you for another miracle we brought to life together.
