1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms) govern the use of services available on the website and mobile application operated by Spirit Energy (hereinafter: Provider).
By using the website, registering, or ordering services, you (hereinafter: User) accept the provisions of these Terms.

3. Registration and User Account
3.1 Registration
Registration is required to use the services. During registration, the User must provide accurate information. The Provider reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the provided data.
3.2 Account Security
The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account password. The User is responsible for all activities associated with their account.
3.3 Account Termination
The User may request account deletion at any time. The Provider may suspend or delete the account in case of Terms violation.
4. Credit System and Payment
4.1 Credit Purchase
Credits must be purchased to use the services. Credits can be purchased at the prices displayed on the website.
4.2 Payment Methods
The Provider accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit card payment (Stripe)
- Bank transfer
4.3 Prices and VAT
Prices do not include VAT unless explicitly stated. The Provider reserves the right to modify prices, which does not affect already purchased credits.
4.4 Credit Validity
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless the specific package provides otherwise.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under European Union consumer protection rules, Users who qualify as consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
5.1 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The intention to withdraw must be communicated to the Provider by a clear statement via email: info@spiritenergy.hu
5.2 Limitations on the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the User has started using the digital service and has previously expressly consented to this and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
5.3 Refunds
In case of withdrawal, the Provider will refund the amount paid within 14 days using the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software) is the intellectual property of the Provider or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
The User may use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, distributing, modifying, or any commercial use of the content is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Nature of Services
The services provided by the Provider are wellness and self-development in nature and do not replace medical, psychological, or other professional care.
7.2 Exclusion of Liability
The Provider is not liable for:
- Damages resulting from service interruption
- Consequences arising from incorrect data provided by the User
- Damages caused by third parties
- Service outages due to force majeure events

9. Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of amendments through the website. Amendments take effect 15 days after publication.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall primarily resolve disputes through negotiation. In case of failure, Hungarian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
