Letting go is love itself

With the arrival of March, the shadows of the past also begin to surface.
Misunderstanding, impatience, inner unrest — everything we have carried for generations now receives an opportunity for closure.

What does a parent go through when the court takes their child away?
What does a child carry within who was punished by parents trying to ease their own pain?
Or the husband who hurts his wife because of disappointments suffered in childhood?

These are deep wounds — but they do not have to define our lives forever.

Now a mother has finally laid down her pain.
She carried it for many years, believing it was her cross to bear. That there was no other path but suffering.
But the moment arrived when she no longer wanted to be a prisoner of the past.
She let go.
And in its place, something entirely new was born: relief, peace, her own clear inner strength.

A father consciously chose not to pass on the pattern he inherited.
He chose not to become what pain would have shaped him into.
Because we can always choose differently.

And a courageous husband, ready to face his demons.
This special couple now experiences the miracle of change day by day.

Allow yourself the happiness your ancestors were unable to live.
You don’t have to carry what was never truly yours.
You can lay the burden down at any moment.

The past is not a chain — it is only a story you can rewrite.
And when you do, you free not only yourself, but those who came before you and those who will come after.
