It Hurt So Much That You Closed Your Heart

Childhood traumas – especially the sudden absence of love, the collapse of the family, or the shadow of violence – become deeply embedded in the soul.

You did not yet understand the world or yourself, so you turned everything against yourself. The disappearance of love did not happen only in the outer world, but in your inner world as well. Escaping the pain, you closed yourself off not only from others, but also from your own source of love.

This distancing is a separation from yourself, because the human being is love itself. Trauma creates defense mechanisms within the soul: walls are built, masks are worn, and the original nature may be forgotten. But love never disappears – it only becomes buried, as if a thick fog separated it from the conscious self.

Healing is the process of recognizing this love again. Redemption does not come from the outside, but from within, when you allow yourself to reconnect with the luminous, loving core of your being. This process is often painful, as it requires facing what has been buried: pain, fear, self-blame. Yet when these wounds receive loving attention, they begin to heal.

Spiritual awakening is often born from the deepest pain. You, who once felt lost, can find yourself again – not because someone else loves you, but because you become the source of love for yourself. Through this, you are freed from the burdens of the past and become capable of pure, authentic connection with yourself and others.

I stand beside you. You are not alone.

I see the depths of your heart, where you hid your love so it would not be hurt again. I know you fear opening it, afraid the pain will escape with it. But I am here to remind you: love is stronger than fear.
