When your mind says something different from what you actually feel: balance is lost

Is this state familiar, when your mind keeps convincing you, but your soul whispers something else?
When you try to rationally explain why you should want something, believe something, do something – yet inside, something resists?

When you’re advised to think positively, to repeat affirmations that you are happy, while inside, under the black veil of sadness, a silent cry is hiding?

This inner tension is not accidental.
Your body, your feelings, your intuition are always honest.
The mind, however, is full of learned patterns, expectations, “shoulds” and “musts”.
And when these are not in harmony, disharmony appears: inner conflict, grinding tension, exhaustion, fatigue, illness.

What if you stopped trying to suppress your feelings?
What if you didn’t always want to overwrite what you deeply know with “reasonable arguments”?

Harmony is not where the mind defeats the heart.
Harmony is where the two move together.
This is where wholeness lives.

Pay attention to what you feel.
Your emotions are not there by accident.
They lead you back to yourself.

Allow yourself to feel them, without immediately wanting to change them.
Because every feeling carries a message, and if you listen to them, you can move closer to who you truly are.

True balance is born not from suppressing emotions, but from accepting them.

Accept pain?
Loss?
Failure?
Yes.
It may sound strange… unacceptable?
This is the key.

Processing these feelings alone is not easy.
A safe space is needed, a supportive presence where you can truly experience and release what you have been carrying for so long.

If you feel I can support you in this, you are warmly welcome – together it is easier to find the path back to true balance.
