Take a look at your nervous system.
It functions exactly like the societies of the world today.
We can talk about the planetary nervous system, regulation, survival mode, practices.
It’s a good direction.
On its own, still not enough.
The nervous system is not an isolated control panel.
It doesn’t “break down” on its own.
It continuously responds to how you live internally.
To how much tension you hold inside.
How much unspoken, compliance-driven adaptation.
How many inner contradictions:
when you keep going, even though inside you would have stopped long ago.
The body doesn’t overthink this.
If it senses that your inner world is not valued, not safe, it switches to survival.
And from that moment on, everything is subordinated to this goal.
Digestion doesn’t slow down, hormones don’t collapse, energy doesn’t drain
because you’re “not doing enough exercises.”
But because the system has been compensating for a life situation for a long time
that you cannot truly resolve internally.
Mental and physical wellbeing are not separate areas.
They operate from a shared foundation:
how livable your life feels to you from the inside.
Whether your soul is at peace.
When this foundation is unstable, the nervous system doesn’t calm down — it endures.
It tightens and pushes.
Keeps you awake.
Because its job is to keep you alive even when you are already exhausted by it.
A system can be regulated for a long time.
With medication, supplementation, disciplined lifestyle.
It will work.
For a while.
But just because it doesn’t fall apart immediately
doesn’t mean it isn’t rusting from the inside.
And what we only maintain at baseline will eventually collapse.
Survival mode is not healing.
It is endurance. Delay.
A state where the body carries the burden
so that you can keep going.
As long as the inner tensions, the unspoken self-abandonment,
the constant adaptation remain untouched,
the nervous system has nothing to relax into.
No matter how good the numbers look.
No matter how much control there is.
Restoration does not begin where we regulate symptoms better.
It begins where the system no longer has to survive.
You are not burning yourself out because this is who you are.
You learned to live in fear.
Fear of falling behind.
(Already in school, learning under performance pressure.)
Fear of losing your job.
Fear that if you stop, there will be no place for you.
That you are replaceable.
That you are “not enough.”
This is how a human being gives up their humanity —
going to work like a machine even when sick.
This is how exhaustion turns a person into a tool.
This is how survival becomes the norm
and self-exploitation becomes a virtue.
Your body is not stupid.
It knows exactly how long this can be sustained.
And when it signals, you add more pressure —
because now is not the time to stop.
But this is exactly where it is.
Here is where you can stop, if you recognize yourself.
Not to give up.
Not to exit life.
Not to die at 30, 40, or 50 because “it’s genetic.”
Just don’t keep functioning by force
in a system that is no longer human-scale.
Stroke, hemorrhage, heart attack,
high blood pressure, hormonal disorders,
many autoimmune and oncological processes
do not come out of nowhere.
They are the consequences of prolonged exploitation.
When the body carries the load
that a life situation, a job, constant fear
could no longer be carried humanly.
It doesn’t happen because you are weak.
You are very strong if you’ve held on this long.
But it’s time to stop.
Because there is a point where what’s needed is not more discipline.
Not another technique.
Not one more method.
What’s needed is for your body to no longer sustain life
inhumanly, soullessly, alone.
For your nervous system to work not from coercion, persuasion, or constant stress,
but from cooperation.
This is not a matter of willpower.
It’s a matter of state.
Survival is not the goal.
The goal is the state you wish for your child,
while you yourself have long denied it.
