The Garden of Love
Close your eyes…
Allow your body to become still…
And observe how the feeling moves within you…
Perhaps there is loss…
Perhaps memories arise… painful, heavy moments.
Times when something was taken from you…
Something you believed in. Something that mattered.
Just observe.
You don’t need to change anything.
Just be present.
How helpless did you feel?
This is not weakness.
This is the first step toward healing.
Breathe into it…
You may grieve what you did not receive.
What was taken from you.
What you gave purely, from the heart… and still was not understood.
Now the time has come to lay down your weapons.
You no longer need to fight.
You turn inward.
There is a part of you there that you did not want to see before.
Perhaps you were afraid of it…
Perhaps it hurt too much…
But now you can be there beside it gently, with love.
This part is you as well.
And now you can become one with it again.
Breathe…
And allow the pure silence of your heart to fill you.
Feel yourself floating in the ocean of love.
There is no need to struggle. No need to prove anything.
You simply are.
Within you. With you. For you.
Remain here for a moment longer…
Then slowly, in your own rhythm…
Return to the present.
Arriving back to yourself.
More whole, deeper, truer.
